My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone affected by the recent events in Boston. There are no words for these endless tragedies that seem to be happening more often than ever. Some days I’m amazed by acts of human kindness, other days I’m devastated by human acts of violence.

Cheap & Cheerful: Mexican food →
Chico Bandito is a festive Mexican restaurant on a quiet street in Shoreditch serving generous portions of typical Mexican grub - fajitas, tacos, enchiladas and pitchers of margaritas. Tacky decor adds to the charm and there are plenty of sombreros to wear while you’re eating!

Fears are educated into us, and can, if we wish, be educated out.
– - Karl Augustus Menninger
A friend and I were talking about the high anxiety/fear that’s instilled in Americans from a young age. Living in England has lessened that a bit!
