NotesThis weekend my friend made a homemade Colombian dish called ‘bandeja paisa’ (Paisa platter). It’s a bit like a stew with black beans, rice, chorizo, minced meat, ripe plantains and avocados. The final touch is a fried egg on the top!
Simple ingredients, yet very hearty and delicious!
